Business Unit

Technology Engineering Group (TEG) is responsible for supporting the company and its business groups on technology and operational platforms, as well as the construction and operation of R&D management and data centers, TEG provides users with a full range of customer services.

As the operator of the largest networking, devices, and data center in Asia,TEG also leads the Tencent Technology Committee in strengthening infrastructure R&D through internal and distributed open source collaboration, constructing new platforms and supporting business innovation.

What The Role Entails

Expert System Definition: Responsible for building the expert system framework.

Procurement Liaison: Serve as the business-side interface, coordinating workflows with the procurement team.

Supply Strategy: Develop expert resource supply strategies.

Operations Productization: Abstract expert operations processes into configurable product capabilities.

Data-Driven: Establish core metric systems and data dashboards, continuously iterating strategies and cadence through data analysis.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor's degree or above, 3–5 years of product management experience; experience in supply-side / platform products, the AI industry, or HR products is preferred.
• Strong systematic abstraction and modeling skills, with the ability to define supply matching mechanisms and tiered standards from the ground up.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of effectively coordinating with procurement, compliance, algorithm, and operations teams.
• High data sensitivity, with the ability to build metric systems and perform data analysis to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Strong self-drive, able to independently define direction and drive execution in ambiguous situations.
