Digital Marketing Experts - Chicago IL

Carmichael Lynch is looking for the next generation of internet marketing and media experts to work with our field marketing team for our client, Subaru of America.

The Field Digital Strategist is responsible for overseeing and managing all digital marketing platforms at the regional level - specifically, they will oversee and drive both day-to-day optimization efforts and future enhancement initiatives, across search, paid and un-paid media and other web properties for dealers in the region.

We're looking for individuals with practical working knowledge across all aspects of digital marketing, media and the consumer experience. In particular, proven success in developing, implementing and training teams in state-of-the-art ILM programs is key. Deep understanding and interest in the areas of search, media, analytics, user experience or digital strategy is a real plus.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects/timelines is required. Be passionate, confident, approachable and accountable.

Specific Skills And Experience

• 8-12 years of marketing experience with progressive managerial responsibilities with a strong consumer marketing background.
• Proven track record in digital analytics, user experience planning, business impact analyses and software product development.
• Demonstrable experience in all disciplines of marketing communications including media plan development, creative direction, web-based marketing, direct mail, print production and trade show management
