Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build strong industry relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, restoration, property management, or commercial sales and is passionate about driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Brooklyn and the NYC metropolitan area.
• Develop relationships with property managers, building owners, general contractors, engineers, architects, and real estate professionals.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, site visits, and industry events.
• Schedule meetings and present the company's restoration services to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience, preferably in construction, restoration, roofing, masonry, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
