We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, data-driven and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge D2C growth across the UK & EU.

What You’ll Do

Website Management

Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party devs

Optimise navigation, collections, UX, and product launches

Align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities

Digital Marketing & Paid Social

Plan, launch & optimise Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)

Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies

Monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets

Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad impact

Reporting & Strategy

Deliver clear performance reports & sales forecasts

Manage marketing calendar and online trading budget

Track trends to stay ahead of the curve

Inventory Management

Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams

Ensure site readiness ahead of key launches and promos

What You’ll Bring

4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (sportswear or footwear ideal)

Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest

Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+

Skilled in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite

Strong performance marketing mindset (ROI, conversions, CPL)

Excellent organisation, communication & attention to detail

• Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
