Administrative Operations Manager

Lead and enhance administrative operations as an Administrative Operations Manager reporting to the Executive Director. This role focuses on payroll, resident billing, and oversight of administrative staff. As the key leader in administrative services, you will plan and organize the home's operations, ensuring smooth processes for payroll and resident business files.

Your collaboration with the Finance Department will be vital for accurate billings and accounts receivable. Additionally, you will also partner with the People Department to streamline payroll processes and develop essential administrative systems and policies.
