Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the development of innovative scientific data platforms and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination between engineering, product, design, and executive leadership, ensuring projects stay aligned, on schedule, and focused on strategic business goals.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a proven ability to manage large-scale software programs, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.

You will drive program planning and execution, proactively identify risks, facilitate collaboration across teams, and provide clear, executive-level updates that translate complex technical work into actionable business insights.

Success in this role requires 6+ years of program or project management experience in a technology environment, expertise with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, and the ability to build trust, align cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact initiatives from concept through completion.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
