Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Dublin. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, with a strong focus on paid search and performance marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, monitoring web analytics, and translating data into actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

The role will involve developing lead generation strategies, coordinating social media marketing initiatives, and aligning digital tactics with broader marketing objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, prepare performance reports, and recommend testing and optimization roadmaps to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and data interpretation to track performance, optimize funnels, and report on KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with Lead Generation strategies, including paid search, display, and conversion rate optimization.
• Practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience targeting, and performance measurement.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads or similar paid media platforms, preferably in an agency or performance-driven environment.
• Ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and clearly communicate recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in or with agencies is beneficial; familiarity with the Dublin market is a plus.
