This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to lead regional digital experiences across web, email, and other owned channels, ensuring content is engaging, locally relevant, and aligned with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the EMEA digital content and experiences plan in line with global marketing objectives.
Manage and publish content across web, email, and other digital touchpoints using CMS and publishing platforms.
Coordinate regional digital campaign activations, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless execution across channels.
Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience behaviour, and implement optimisation strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
Lead A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives across digital experiences.
Apply SEO best practices to improve content discoverability and organic performance.
Ensure all digital content meets brand, localisation, and quality standards.
Act as a key digital partner to regional marketing teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.

About You

5-7 years' experience in digital marketing, content strategy, digital experience management, or a related field.

Proven experience developing digital strategies while also managing hands-on execution.

Strong experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing tools.

Solid understanding of digital analytics, SEO, and content optimisation.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable ExperienceExperience managing digital programmes across multiple EMEA markets.

Knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.

Experience supporting integrated campaigns across web, email, social, and CRM channels.

Understanding of content governance frameworks and AI-driven search/discovery environments.
