What's the role?
The Agile Transformation Lead/Coach is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting the Head of TDD Transformation Enablement at News Corp Australia.
You will provide Agile coaching and leadership for the organisational change required to successfully embed Agile ways of working across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives within Technology, Data & Delivery (TDD). Working alongside the Value Management Office and Delivery Leads, this role focuses heavily on capability uplift, framework design, and cultural transformation to ensure Agile principles, practices, and mindsets are adopted and sustained across the business.
