Digital Marketing Manager | Consumer E-Commerce BrandCentral London | 5 days per week onsite£40,000 - £50,000We’re working with a growing consumer ecommerce brand looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of its digital growth strategy.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining performance marketing, ecommerce, CRM, content and digital strategy, with responsibility for managing external agencies alongside a small internal marketing and ecommerce team.

You’ll have genuine ownership of the digital marketing calendar and plenty of scope to test new ideas, improve performance and identify new opportunities for growth.

The role

• Own and drive the digital marketing strategy across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email, Organic Social and the website
• Manage external performance marketing agencies, overseeing budgets, performance and ROI
• Lead and develop a small internal marketing and ecommerce team
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns around key commercial and gifting periods
• Manage and optimise the Shopify website, including content, merchandising and product presentation
• Work with external development partners to improve conversion rates and the overall customer experience
• Drive CRM and email performance, including testing and optimisation
• Collaborate with wider teams on product launches, promotions and brand campaigns
• Own weekly marketing reporting and use performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Keep ahead of ecommerce trends, competitor activity and emerging digital channels

About you

You’ll ideally have 3+ years’ experience across digital marketing, ecommerce or growth marketing, preferably within a consumer-facing brand.

You’ll be commercially minded but equally comfortable getting hands-on with campaigns, creative testing and optimisation.

Experience across paid media, SEO, CRM/email and Shopify would be particularly valuable, alongside experience managing external agencies.

Exposure to third-party marketplaces would also be beneficial.
