Membership & Ticketing Operations Manager

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are entering an exciting new chapter.

With continued growth across Membership and Ticketing, record crowds and an incredibly passionate Member and supporter base, we're looking for an experienced operational leader to help deliver an outstanding experience for our Members and fans.

Reporting to the Head of Consumer, this role will lead the day-to-day operations of the Club's Membership and Ticketing program, ensuring every interaction with our Members reflects the pride, professionalism and passion of the Sea Eagles.

About the Role

As the Membership & Ticketing Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of the Club's Membership and Ticketing operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, you'll oversee everything from membership fulfilment and ticketing operations to customer service, reporting, member events and experiences and game day delivery.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring our Membership program continues to evolve while delivering an outstanding experience for every Member and supporter.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver the Club's annual Membership program from planning, on-sale and fulfilment.

Manage all Membership and Ticketing operations.

Coordinate seasonal membership product delivery and fulfilment.

Manage home game ticketing operations and allocations.

Ensure exceptional customer service across all Member touchpoints.

Develop and continuously improve operational processes.

Produce accurate reporting and performance insights.

Build strong relationships with ticketing providers, suppliers and key stakeholders.

Support Membership sales and retention initiatives.

Lead and develop the Membership & Ticketing team.

About You

You're highly organised, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You enjoy solving problems, improving systems and making things run better than they did yesterday. You have experience managing operational programs, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Ideally you'll bring experience in:

• Membership, loyalty or subscription programs
• Ticketing operations
• Archtics Customer service leadership
• New member acquisition
• Event operations
• Project coordination
• Reporting and administration
• Stakeholder management
• Team leadership
• Experience within professional sport is highly regarded but not essential.
