Your Responsibilities

• Demand Planning: Consolidate market forecasts and adapt them to dynamic requirements
• Production & Delivery Planning: Create and maintain production and delivery plans
• Inventory Management: Prepare inventory overviews and restocking proposals
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Data Analysis: Develop and maintain a Supply Chain dashboard using Power BI and Excel, including relevant KPIsCross-Functional Collaboration: Support cross-functional projects and process optimization initiatives
• Risk Management: Monitor backorders and ensure continuity of supply
• Data & Inventory Governance: Maintain supply chain data and collaborate with global teams
• Your Profile
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical technology or pharmaceuticals
• Proven ability to manage global supply chains across different regions
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience managing consignment stock and loaner systems within the hospital market

• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel, combined with strong analytical skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and German;
