As our new Manager, Global Clinical Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clinical studies have the right investigational product available at the right place and the right time—supporting patients and clinical teams around the world.

This is a highly autonomous, end-to-end operational role reporting to the Director, Global Clinical Supply Chain. You will own the complete clinical supply process for assigned studies, from demand planning through manufacturing coordination, packaging, distribution, and delivery to clinical sites.

Working across Clinical Operations, external manufacturing partners, CROs, depots and pharmaceutical partners, you'll orchestrate every aspect of clinical supply while ensuring continuity, quality and operational excellence.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and is motivated by solving complex operational challenges independently. While strategic thinking is valuable, this role is fundamentally hands-on and execution-focused, ensuring flawless supply management across ongoing global clinical studies.

What You'll Do

You'll serve as the operational lead for clinical drug supply activities across your assigned studies, ensuring seamless coordination from planning through distribution.
Own the end-to-end clinical supply process, from demand forecasting through manufacturing, packaging, distribution and site delivery.
Develop and manage study-level demand forecasts, inventory strategies and resupply plans to ensure uninterrupted clinical trial supply.
Coordinate drug orders with pharmaceutical partners and secure manufacturing capacity with external suppliers.
Lead packaging and labelling activities while overseeing depots, storage, transportation, returns and product destruction.
Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Quality, external manufacturers, CROs and logistics providers to ensure successful study execution.
Monitor supply risks including expiry, shortages, recalls and distribution challenges, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation plans.
Coordinate customs documentation and shipment activities to support global clinical trial execution.
Maintain supply documentation, study trackers and TMF readiness while ensuring high-quality operational documentation.
Serve as the primary operational supply contact for assigned studies, effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues quickly.
Escalate vendor performance issues, delays and supply risks when required while driving timely resolution.

About You

Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Minimum five years of experience managing end-to-end clinical supply for drug and/or medical device clinical trials.

Demonstrated experience across demand planning, packaging, labelling, manufacturing coordination, distribution and site supply.

Experience working with clinical supply systems such as RTSM/IWRS, ERP platforms (e.g. SAP) or supply planning tools.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, customs documentation and global clinical supply logistics.

Ability to travel approximately 10–15%. These additional qualifications are preferred:

Experience supporting clinical trial supplies across multiple studies or global development programs.

Experience working with pharmaceutical partners, CMOs, depots and CROs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Highly independent, proactive and organised, with the confidence to manage complex operational activities with minimal supervision.

Curious, collaborative and eager to learn, with strong listening skills and the ability to quickly develop expertise in new therapeutic or technical areas.

Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution.
