About OddboxAs much as 2.5 billion tonnes of food are wasted globally every year – which plays a big part in the climate crisis. We're on a mission to change that, with rescued fruit and veg from hard-working growers, alongside plastic-free ingredients and brands that do good for the planet.
With fruit, veg and more delivered right to your door, we're working towards a fairer food system – one where growers are supported and paid fairly, where produce doesn't have to look 'perfect' and, most importantly, where we never waste taste. No more unnecessary air miles or plastic – just delicious food that fights waste with every box.
We're looking for a Performance & Variance Manager to help make our supply chain perform at its very best.

Working closely with colleagues across Sourcing, Supply Chain, Technical and Finance, you'll turn data into action, creating the reporting, routines and performance disciplines that help our operation become more reliable, more efficient and more cost effective over time.
If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes and using data to drive better business decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in improving the performance of a purpose-led supply chain that's helping tackle food waste every day.
