New Jersey & New York Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview

As a New Jersey & New York Territory Sales Manager at Neptune Flood, you will be a key player in driving business development and fostering strong relationships with our agent partners. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our customer base, drive policy and premium growth, and retain and strengthen existing partnerships.

This role requires an enthusiastic self-starter who can effectively represent Neptune Flood, build rapport, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to promote Neptune's flood product. Flood at Neptune includes primary and excess for residential, commercial, and condominium form of ownership (RCBAP).
• Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with insurance MGAs, brokers, agents, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine business strategies accordingly.
• Manage partnerships and opportunities in our CRM system.
• Identify, assist, and close SOV (statement of values) projects.
• Travel to visit partners in-market.
• Attend industry conferences/events.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
