Role Description

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager (TPM) to serve as the operational backbone of our engineering department. In this high-impact role, you will bridge technical execution, compliance discipline, customer voice, and supply chain readiness for our data logging solutions.

You will partner directly with our specialized Software and Hardware Leads, taking on project management, regulatory compliance, and vendor coordination. This is a hands-on role where you will actively roll up your sleeves to clear daily bottlenecks and keep engineering streams strictly running to schedule.

This full-time position is based on-site/hybrid in Auckland, New Zealand, though fractional arrangements will also be highly considered for the right candidate.

• Familiarity with product development processes, and quality standards..Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
