Project Manager

• As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in delivering a great customer experience by ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects.
• You will manage projects of varying complexity and value, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• You will coordinate activities across the Technology
• One value chain, building strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.
• What you'll be doing…
• Deliver multiple concurrent projects on time, within budget, and to agreed customer outcomes.
• Manage project scope, risks, budgets, resources, and timelines using established delivery methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.
• Drive effective project governance including reporting, change control, and risk management.
• Partner with customers to ensure a positive implementation experience and successful delivery of contracted commitments.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, systems, and tools.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Your Talents…
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering successful customer outcomes.
• Current PRINCE2 or PMI certification.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ERP implementation projects.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with peer-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of Technology
• One products and solutions is an advantage but should not deter you
• Understanding how to manager cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Experience leading change and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
