About the Role

To lead and manage the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. You’ll coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, taking ownership of project timelines, resources, quality, and commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Project Manager who can confidently manage multiple projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• (but not limited to):
• Planning and scheduling project activities, setting clear programs, deliverables, resources, and priorities across multiple projects.
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing quotes, procurement, site requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Reviewing project scope and documentation, identifying potential risks, variations, delays, and delivery issues before they impact the project.
• Managing client and stakeholder communication, providing progress updates, addressing queries, and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Monitoring project performance and reporting, tracking costs, timelines, variations, milestones, and project close-out requirements.

About You

Previous experience in project management, ideally managing multiple projects from planning through to completion.

Experience within construction, infrastructure, fencing, engineering, or a related project-based industry.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, variations, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving projects through to successful completion.**Applicants must be Australian/New Zealand citizens or have Permanent Residency.
