Project Manager

We're a global packaging company leading the shift to compostable, planet-friendly alternatives across four brands: BioPak, Decent Packaging, Huskee and Bygreen. What you'll be doing

📋 Leading end-to-end delivery of product and packaging projects, from initiation through to launch🎯 Defining clear scope, timelines, milestones and success metrics🛠️ Managing critical paths to keep projects on track and delays off the table🤝 Driving alignment across Product, Supply Chain, Sales and external suppliers⚠️ Spotting risks early and getting ahead of them📈 Continuously improving how we plan, track and deliver

What we're looking for

• ✅ 4–7 years' project management experience in product, manufacturing or supply chain✅ A track record of juggling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment✅ Strong critical path and timeline management skills✅ Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without authority✅ Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven✅ A proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Nice to have:🌱 Experience in packaging, manufacturing or sustainable products🌏 Experience working with offshore suppliers and production timelines📐 Familiarity with stage-gate or product development processes💻 Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar)
