About the role

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Davy's central Programme Management Office (PMO) on an 18 month fixed term contract.

As a PMO Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery across the organisation by helping teams translate business needs into clear requirements, enhance processes, strengthen governance, and enable data-driven decision‑making.

This is a business-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, engaging with stakeholders, and helping shape how the firm delivers change.

• In The Role, The Successful Candidate Will
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement
• Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into high‑quality business requirements and user stories.
• Map and analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation.
• Support PMO continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to delivery frameworks, reporting, and governance.
• Reporting & Insights
• Produce high quality reports.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and management insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions with business teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare business documentation including requirements, process maps, and operating models.
• Support communication of change impacts and benefits across the organisation.
• Project Delivery Support
• Assist Project Managers with planning, RAID management, and governance preparation.
• Support change readiness by contributing to training materials, procedures, and communications.
• Participate in UAT coordination and business-side testing support.
• Regulatory & Risk Alignment
• Ensure alignment of requirements and documentation with internal controls and regulatory expectations.
• Support PMO audit, compliance, and control assessments as required.

About You

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in financial services. Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows. Experience working in project or PMO environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Experience within a central PMO or portfolio function. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Power BI Exposure to regulatory or risk-related change initiatives. Knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). Benefits
