This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Auckland. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.

What are the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

• Understanding the behaviours, journeys and channels of key audiences to design, develop & deliver marketing strategies
• Working closely with stakeholders and agency partners to ensure propositions and experiences are distinctive and deliver to customer needs, consulting on customer perceptions, expectations and opportunities
• Leading the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans and supporting the development of investment strategies and optimisation
• Developing strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear marketing plans
• Utilising data, measurement and the optimisation of activity for continuous improvement and strengthen ROMI results
• Working as part of a high performance team, leaning into creativity and challenges - proactively identifying opportunities and experimentation

• You will also have:5+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications
• Passion for customer experience, strong strategic thinking, and experience in turning data, research and insights into clear marketing opportunities
• Be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively as part of team and autonomously
• Experience in financial services / fintech preferable
