Compensation

$75,000–$80,000+ Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

First-Year OTE: Approximately $160,000

Position Overview

Our client, a global leader in premium fitness equipment and wellness technology, is seeking a Solutions Key Account Manager to grow its commercial fitness business throughout the Greater Atlanta market.

This is a field-based, new-business-focused sales role responsible for developing relationships with fitness clubs, boutique studios, and other commercial fitness customers. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Greater Atlanta territory.
• Build relationships with fitness clubs, boutique studios, ownership groups, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Conduct in-person customer meetings, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.
• Develop customized fitness and wellness solutions based on each customer's business needs.
• Grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve territory revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasts.
• Stay current on commercial fitness trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outside sales, territory sales, or business development.
• Demonstrated success prospecting, generating new business, and closing sales.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage a sales territory and pipeline.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with customers and prospects.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to travel throughout Greater Atlanta and the surrounding territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Fitness, wellness, or commercial exercise equipment sales.
• Experience selling to fitness clubs, boutique studios, hospitality groups, or similar commercial customers.
• Capital equipment or solution-based sales experience.
• Existing relationships within the Greater Atlanta fitness and wellness market.

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000–$80,000+ base salary.
