DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER - EUROPE

HYBRID WORKING - 1 DAY A WEEK IN LONDONWe are recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital marketing activity across a substantial European operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and knows how to turn customer data, digital channels and technology into measurable commercial results.

With a particular focus on customer retention, reactivation and repeat purchase, you'll develop the European digital strategy, shape the omnichannel communications plan and lead a talented team of seven.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy across Europe
• Leading retention, reactivation and customer lifecycle activity
• Setting KPIs and using data to continually optimise performance
• Developing sophisticated omnichannel communications across web, email and social
• Overseeing digital activity across 12 websites and 11 languages
• Leading and developing a team of seven
• Driving segmentation, personalisation and audience targeting through CDP technology
• Supporting a major migration to Shopify Plus
• Managing the annual digital marketing budget
• Exploring how AI and new digital tools can improve efficiency and performance
• Working closely with Commercial, Sales, IT and international stakeholders

What we're looking for

• You'll ideally bring:5+ years' experience within digital marketing, CRM, digital communications or content marketing3–5 years' people management experience
• Strong experience of customer retention, CRM and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with CDP and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical capability and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau or Snowflake
• Experience working across multiple markets, ideally internationally
• A track record of leading cross-functional digital projects
• Experience of digital transformation and implementing new marketing technology
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix organisation
• Experience with Shopify Plus or another major e-commerce platform migration would be a real advantage.
