Passenger Sales Manager

Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Passenger Sales Manager (Indirect) on behalf of our client operating in the shipping and logistics industry. This is a permanent opportunity based onsite in Co. Cork.

Role:

Own the passenger revenue target delivered through indirect sales channelsDevelop and execute the company’s indirect sales strategy and sales plan, with clear targets, pipeline, and forecast by channel and account.

Proactively identify, prospect, negotiate, and close new trade sales accounts that drive passenger volume and incremental revenue.

Build and manage a sales pipeline.

Own and manage key B2B and trade accounts as the primary commercial and sales contact.

Build strong senior-level relationships across the trade, tourism, and travel sectors to support sustained sales growth.

Work with Marketing and Digital teams on co-branded campaigns and trade promotions that drive sales through indirect channels.

Report indirect passenger revenue performance against target on a regular cadence, with clear forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a sales role with a personal revenue target, ideally in Indirect Sales, Trade Sales, Business Development, or B2B Account Management.
• Experience within travel, tourism, transport, hospitality, e-commerce, or related industries a major advantage.
• Strong commercial negotiation, deal-closing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrable experience owning and consistently delivering against a sales/revenue number.
• Financial and commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, margin, and revenue optimisation principles.
• Ability to independently identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Fluent English and French language capability strongly preferred.
