Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

Ideally we would prefer someone in Philadelphia metro area, New Jersey, or NYC but will consider candidates from other areas. Eternal Jewelry is an online jewelry and permanent jewelry brand. What makes us different: we're vertically integrated. We design our own pieces in CAD, source our own diamonds, and cast and produce in our own factory in Mumbai. Nothing is white labeled.

We're able to source video directly from our factory, so the person in this role gets to work with the real thing, not a stock photo of a factory somewhere else.

We're looking for a performance marketer with 4+ years of hands-on experience running paid media, ideally with luxury or fine jewelry brand experience, to own paid media and drive ecommerce growth. This is a numbers-first role: you live in ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPA, and every decision you make is backed by data, not instinct.

You'll work closely with our founder and social media manager to align content with what's converting, then find scrappy, unconventional ways to grow beyond just paid spend.

Where we are today: This is a true 0-to-1 opportunity, you'll be building the paid strategy and infrastructure from scratch, not optimizing someone else's setup.

The goal: grow ecommerce revenue through TikTok and Instagram, with a bias toward creative testing and growth experimentation over "set it and forget it" campaigns.

• Paid Media
• Build and launch our first TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager campaigns from the ground up
• Own budget allocation, targeting, and bidding strategy
• Run structured creative testing (multiple hooks x angles x formats) every week
• Work with our founder and social media manager on what to shoot based on what's converting, don't just take assets and run them
• Report weekly on ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, and ecommerce conversion rate, not vanity metrics
• Reallocate spend based on what the data says, fast
• Growth & Ecommerce
• Identify and test growth levers beyond paid social: SMS/email flows, affiliate/influencer partnerships, referral mechanics, landing page optimization, retention/LTV plays
• A/B test landing pages, checkout flow, and offers to improve conversion rate, not just traffic
• Bring a "growth hacking" mindset: cheap, fast experiments over big expensive bets
• Use AI tools to speed up ad copy generation, audience research, and reporting

What you bring

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with real ownership of budget, targeting, and campaign strategy, not agency-adjacent oversight
• A track record of measurable results you can speak to in specifics: ROAS improvement, CAC reduction, CTR/CPA gains, with real numbers
• Experience running paid social for a luxury, fine jewelry, or premium DTC brand is a strong plus, budgets don't need to be huge, but the brand positioning needs to have mattered
• Comfort building a paid media program from zero, this isn't a "manage the existing account" role
• Comfort collaborating with a founder and social media manager on content direction, even if you don't shoot/edit yourself
• Growth marketing instincts: you look beyond paid spend for revenue levers
• You must be comfortable using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your actual workflow
