This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience, supporting leaders, and driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success. You'll work closely with leadership on employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, process improvement, and broader HR strategy.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns
• Support and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary review activities and market benchmarking
• Evaluate and enhance HR policies, procedures, and programs to improve efficiency and employee experience
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across HR functions
• Lead and support HR projects, initiatives, and organizational change efforts
• Use HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and recommendations
• Contribute to employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
• Collaborate with business leaders to support a positive, high-performing workplace culture
