Program Manager

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based program.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate programs, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. May recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of programs

🕒 Schedule: M–F, 9–5 PM (Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite)

Responsibilities

Coordinate program activities and project deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.

Prepare presentations, reports, and executive updates.

Monitor program progress and identify potential risks or issues.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.

Conduct analysis related to resource requirements and program feasibility.

Support meetings, action item tracking, and follow-up activities.

Maintain project documentation and program records.

Qualifications

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills

1.) Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

2.) Program/project coordination, planning, and reporting experience.

3.) Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

4. JIRA ticketing

SOFT SKILLS

1.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2.) Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

3.) Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) PMI or PMP

2.) Experience supporting business programs within a corporate environment.

3.) Knowledge of resource planning, business process improvement, and strategic planning.
