Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire automotive sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase passenger car sales and expand market share within the dealership’s territory.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through deal closing, utilizing CRM software to track client interactions and optimize outreach efforts.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, public speaking engagements, and personalized service to enhance customer loyalty.
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) outreach including cold calling, outbound sales campaigns, and networking to generate new dealership partnerships and high-end clients.
• Manage inventory control and retail math to ensure optimal stock levels while maximizing profitability through upselling and deal closing techniques.
• Support the sales team with negotiation strategies related to automotive financing options, upselling additional services or products, and closing high-value deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Extensive dealership experience with a strong background in automotive industry sales management.
• Proven success in achieving aggressive sales targets within passenger car markets or similar retail environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette, client communication, and public speaking.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships through excellent customer service practices.
• Skilled in B2B sales, outbound calling, cold calling, and developing a robust sales pipeline.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (technically supported) for managing customer data and tracking sales activities.
• Strong organizational skills with expertise in inventory management, retail math, and inventory control.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
• High-level negotiation skills combined with experience in deal closing for high-end automotive transactions.
• Knowledge of automotive financing options and upselling techniques to maximize revenue streams.

Pay: $168,000.00 - $216,000.00 per year
