Business Development Manager

ProspectBlue is looking for a Business Development Manager in the NY/NJ area — and we want a hunter, not a farmer.

This is a role for someone who loves the chase: opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and closing new business. If you're energized by the hunt for new partnerships and get bored playing defense, we want to talk to you.

• Hunt down and identify new partnership opportunities
• Build relationships that turn into real, lasting business
• Keep and grow the accounts you land
• Think several moves ahead to make sure every deal sticks

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-4 years of business development experience where you were the one driving new business, not just managing it
• Sharp communication skills and the ability to build trust fast
• A track record of hitting goals through your own strategy, not someone else's playbook
• Relentless, focused, and hungry for the next win
