Marketing Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty, and revenue growth. This company has had success for 94 years withing the active and dance space.

It operates one flagship store and 14 other stores across Australia, European stores in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and one US store in New York; all other sales are conducted through independent retailers.

This role is responsible for delivering integrated campaigns across retail and e-commerce channels while creating meaningful connections with customers and the wider community.

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy, executing seasonal campaigns, and leveraging digital marketing to accelerate business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify customer growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Partner with merchandising, creative, and commercial teams to support product launches and promotional activity.
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail and online channels.
• Manage promotional calendars and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and overall sales performance.
• Ensure strong alignment between marketing activity and customer experience.
• Brand, Digital & E-commerce Marketing
• Strengthen brand presence and customer connection through community-focused initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with relevant organisations, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Support events, sponsorships, activations, and brand-building opportunities.
• Lead digital marketing activity across social media, email, paid media, website optimisation, SEO, and SEM.Develop targeted customer lifecycle campaigns to drive online sales growth.
• Utilise customer insights and analytics to improve engagement and retention.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing investment.
