• You will manage your own portfolio of clients and be accountable for the quality of that relationship.
• These are UK small and medium businesses who have already chosen to invest in digital marketing with us - you are not responsible for sales.
• Understand their commercial goals Devise practical marketing plans Implement optimisation changes directly on their websites Analyse performance data This is not a social media content role.
• You will receive structured training.
• You communicate professionally in writing and on the phone You ask for support early, not late We support development by giving people responsibility earlier than they might expect, and then standing behind them when it gets difficult.
• Strong customer service instincts Commercial thinking Comfort using data to inform decisions Previous agency or account management experience is advantageous, but drive and maturity matter more.

Salary: GBP 20400 - 30600 per year
