Requirements

• As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join our team and help build a high-performing organisation.
• Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations while supporting HR coordination across our regional offices.
• This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll partner closely with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, HR operations, employee experience and HR governance across the Group.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational functions.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
• Oversee monthly payroll, employee benefits and statutory compliance.
• Partner with managers on performance management, employee relations and talent development.
• Maintain HR policies, processes and employee records while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and corporate governance requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
• Support regional HR initiatives, HR systems and continuous process improvement projects.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver consistent HR practices across multiple countries.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' HR experience with strong exposure to full-spectrum HR.Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations is highly desirable.
• Experience in a listed company, multinational corporation or fast-growing organisation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Info-Tech HRMS or equivalent systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region.
