Purpose of the role: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, through managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building candidate pipelines, enhancing employer brand, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet current and future employee needs.
