Role Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Reference Number: 002604Closing Date: Sunday, 6th September 2026Purpose of the RoleThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will have responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, through managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building candidate pipelines, enhancing employer brand, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet current and future employee needs.

Required

Have not less than two years satisfactory experience in an administrative capacity within the Public Sector / Hospital / Health Care or other environment relevant to the role.

Possess sufficient administrative capacity to discharge the functions of the grade.

Previous Human Resources experience.

Completed a qualification in or related to Human Resources.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience of AI enabled sourcing tools, professional networking platforms, ATS, etc.

Desirable:

Previous supervisory and/or management experience, within Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, In-House or Agency Recruitment facing roles.

Completed a qualification at level 8 or above on the National Framework of

Qualifications

• (NFQ) or equivalent in Human Resource Management or other relevant area to the role.
• Recognised public sector or healthcare talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with payroll software such as SAP.Knowledge and understanding of wider HR policies and their application across a large organisation.
