Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our expanding team. The Operations Manager will be experienced in the HVAC industry, and be heavily involved in the running of our projects team.

Main

Duties And Responsibilities

• Weekly labour control and management.
• Assist payroll with any timesheet queries that may arise.
• Collaborate with Apprentice Skills Manager in the development of our Apprentices.
• Point of contact for our site staff, maintaining good communication and relationships with them.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on continuous performance improvements in day-to-day tasks in conjunction with Project Directors.
• Follow & adhere to internal templates & procedures for all works carried out, in line with ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 450
• 1. Updating of processes and procedures with input and agreement from Project Directors.
• All other duties associated with the role.
• Desired Criteria
• Attention to detail and high-quality Standards are required.
• Goal Focused.10+ years' experience in the HVAC industry is required.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• An excellent communicator and leader who is able to motivate themselves and others to meet stringent deadlines and rise to new challenges with enthusiasm.
• Proficient use of all MS Office programmes.
• Ability to operate autonomously, with authority, skilled in developing and building relationships.
• Be a motivated and highly dependable individual.
• Full drivers' licence is required.
