What you'll do

• Prospect, open, and close net-new business across the Chicago/Midwest territory.
• Cross-sell Arch Promo Group's brands and grow every account you land.
• Own the full sales cycle — lead to close — and keep a clean CRM pipeline (HubSpot a plus).

What you bring

• 5+ years of outside sales in the promotional products industry (this one's a must).
• A proven new-business and territory-growth track record.
• The hunger to out-work the room and the drive to earn more.

Location

Remote, but you must live in the greater Chicago, IL area (or relocate before your start date). We can only hire in Illinois for this Midwest seat right now — the territory spans the broader Midwest; this is about where you live and work, not where your customers are.
