Role Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at Costa Brothers LTD, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, coordinating feedback, and supporting hiring decisions.

You will collaborate closely with managers to understand role requirements, maintain accurate recruitment records, and provide regular updates on pipeline and progress. The role also includes supporting onboarding activities and contributing to training initiatives that improve recruitment practices.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Greater London, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment and working with diverse candidate pools.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, with the ability to conduct structured, fair, and consistent interviews aligned with role requirements.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to support onboarding processes and assist managers in improving interview and selection practices.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in recruitment or HR, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
