About the Role

Hyundai KPK Logistics is seeking a proactive Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet performance, vehicle availability, driver operations, maintenance, and transportation efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a practical understanding of fleet and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet and transportation operations.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, maintenance, and performance.
• Coordinate driver schedules, routes, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and company standards.
• Manage maintenance schedules and external service providers.
• Monitor fleet costs, fuel consumption, and operational efficiency.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop operational reports and fleet performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management systems and transportation regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
