As we continue expanding across Singapore, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships, corporate growth, market expansion and digital innovation.

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and expanding AMACHA's presence across both B2B and B2C channels.

Beyond traditional business development, the role leverages AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, streamline commercial processes and identify new revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative growth strategies and strategic plans, supporting the company's long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, retail and institutional sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, government agencies and strategic partners.
• Develop business proposals, presentations and partnership pitches.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end business development pipeline from lead generation to project execution.

Corporate Sales

• Manage corporate enquiries for events, catering and customised beverage experiences.
• Develop customised proposals based on client requirements and business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Research & Commercial Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify emerging consumer trends and new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend commercial strategies.
• Analyse market performance and prepare business recommendations for management.
• Support feasibility studies for new concepts, products and expansion opportunities.
• Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies and implementation plans.

AI & Digital Innovation

• Utilise ChatGPT for market research, competitor analysis, customer insights and the identification of emerging business opportunities.
• Apply ChatGPT and Canva to support the development of business proposals, presentations, partnership pitches and business reports, improving productivity and turnaround time.
• Leverage ChatGPT and Microsoft Excel to analyse customer information, market data and business performance to identify potential revenue opportunities.
• Utilise ChatGPT to support lead research, account planning, client communication and business development workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI and digital technologies that can enhance business growth, customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Identify and recommend practical applications of ChatGPT and other approved AI tools to improve business development workflows and internal productivity.

Project Management

• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, Marketing and Product Development.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved.
• Support new outlet openings, collaborations and strategic initiatives where required.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Represent AMACHA during networking events, industry conferences and business meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and maintain regular communication.
• Strengthen AMACHA's corporate reputation through meaningful collaborations.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor business development KPIs and revenue performance.
• Prepare monthly pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
• Analyse campaign and partnership performance.
• Track and evaluate business performance to inform strategic decision-making.
• Present recommendations to management based on business insights.
