Marketing Activation Manager

The Activation Manager is responsible for delivering the end-to-end consumer and shopper journey across the Republic of Ireland. This role ensures the successful implementation of the EUNA and UK strategic plans within the Irish market through Excellence in Execution (EiE), driving brand growth, market share, and commercial performance.

Your Tasks Strategy & Activation Execute UK and EUNA marketing strategies within the Irish market.

Develop and manage Ireland activation plans aligned to retailer promotional activity.

Deliver best-in-class shopper marketing campaigns across in-store and digital channels.

Coordinate local adaptation of marketing assets and support PR activity. Commercial Partnership Partner closely with the Ireland Commercial team to create aligned growth plans.

Champion Irish market performance across the UK&I business. New Product Launches Execute new product launches in Ireland, ensuring strong market impact and flawless delivery. Performance & Budget Management Monitor, measure and report on campaign and activation performance.

Manage the Ireland media and shopper marketing budget, ensuring effective investment and ROI. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with UK Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure Ireland is included in all relevant activations. Your Profile Experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing or Shopper Marketing.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Commercially minded and results-driven.

Excellent project management and organisational abilities.

Strong influencing and communication skills.

Proactive, consumer-focused, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
