The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Growth & Digital Marketing to own the full digital engine that drives inbound pipeline for CYGNVS — our website, SEO/GEO/AEO, paid media, conversion optimization, and marketing operations. This is a hands-on, builder role: you'll own strategy and execution, not just oversee an agency.

You'll also help architect how our marketing team works with AI — building and deploying your own agents and workflows, and evaluating and implementing AI tools across the function to multiply our output. As we build out an AI-native marketing team, you'll be a driving force behind what that actually looks like in practice, day to day.

This is a founding-level role on a marketing team being built largely from scratch, with high visibility to our CEO and executive team and real ownership over how digital and marketing ops get built at CYGNVS.

What You'll Do

• Own our website as a marketing engine: drive the strategy and hands-on execution to make it a strong hub and draw for CISOs and other security/risk decision-makers, and a reliable, high-volume source of inbound leads.
• Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy and execution to maximize visibility across traditional search and AI-driven discovery.
• Continuously test and improve conversion rates across the website and landing pages — from traffic to form fill to marketing-qualified lead.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, managing budget and reporting on pipeline impact.
• Own marketing operations: lead scoring, routing, digital nurture programs, campaign infrastructure, and the health of our marketing automation stack (HubSpot).
• Own metrics and measurement across all marketing channels — not just digital — including traffic, conversion, cost-per-lead/SQL, and channel attribution.
• Lead marketing planning: build and manage the plan across budget, MQL/SQL output targets, and cost per channel, and use that plan to guide where we invest and where we pull back.
• Build and deploy AI agents and workflows (your own, and those built into the platforms we use) to drive efficiency and output across content, campaigns, and operations.
• Evaluate and help select new AI-powered marketing tools, and help define what an AI-native marketing function looks like in practice at CYGNVS.
• Partner cross-functionally with content/brand, the MDR team, and sales to ensure digital programs feed a consistent, high-quality pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in growth or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with real ownership of a website as a lead-generation asset. Marketing operations experience is a plus, but this role needs someone whose core background is growth/digital marketing, not marketing ops alone.
• Proven, hands-on SEO experience, plus working knowledge of (or strong interest and early experience in) GEO/AEO.
• Track record of running conversion rate optimization programs with measurable lead or pipeline impact.
• Hands-on experience planning and running paid social/search campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Strong marketing operations fundamentals: comfort owning a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or equivalent), building nurture programs, and reporting on funnel metrics.
• Genuinely AI-forward: you already use AI agents and tools to multiply your own output, and you're excited to build workflows and evaluate tools for a whole team, not just yourself.
• A builder's mindset — comfortable owning ambiguous, broad scope and prioritizing with a clear sense of what matters most in a fast-growing startup environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude — you see obstacles as problems to solve, not reasons to slow down, and you're not easily rattled by the ambiguity of a function still being built.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in reporting tools/dashboards to translate data into clear recommendations.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to security, IT, or risk buyers (CISOs and similar personas), or in the broader cybersecurity/enterprise SaaS space.
• Experience building custom GPTs/agents or working with AI marketing platforms beyond default, out-of-the-box features.
• Experience marketing to or through insurance industry channels/partners.
