Oshanya Global Consultancy is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our clinic in Sharjah.

Requirements

• Own Visa (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a healthcare facility, medical center, or clinic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Experience handling patient appointments, registrations, and inquiries
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Details

• Position: Receptionist
• Location: Sharjah, UAE
• Salary: AED 2,500
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff
• Ensure a professional and friendly front-desk experience
