Manha Medical Center is seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator and/or Receptionist in a healthcare setting.
• Good knowledge of medical insurance processes, approvals, claims, and patient coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and clinic management systems.
• Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
• Own visa is mandatory.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance verification, approvals, and claim submissions.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding patient coverage and authorizations.
• Manage patient appointments and front desk reception duties.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide administrative support as required.
