ADMIN CUM SECRETARY

Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Schedule meetings, appointments.

Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and other documents.

Maintain and organize office files and records.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.

Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.

Perform other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Previous experience in Administration or Secretary role is preferred.

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Professional attitude and pleasant personality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
