Document Controller / Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller / AccountsCoordinator to support a large-scale industrial project in the food manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining filing systems, coordinating document flow between stakeholders, tracking approvals, monitoring payment schedules, and following up on outstanding actions to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documentation and records
• Ensure documents are distributed to the correct stakeholders in a timely manner
• Track approvals, submissions, contracts, and project correspondence
• Monitor upcoming payment obligations and follow up with relevant parties
• Support basic accounting and administrative functions
• Maintain accurate filing and document control procedures
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, consultants, and management

Requirements

• Previous experience in document control, project administration, or accounting support
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or factoryenvironments preferred
• Basic understanding of industrial operations and project workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyThis is a full-time position based in Dubai.
