About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and messages with exceptional communication skills and a strong customer focused approach. The role requires someone who can maintain a positive tone, provide accurate information, and manage customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service through calls, chats, and digital platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and clarity.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a calm and solution oriented manner.
• Maintain proper documentation of all interactions in the system.
• Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely responses and maintain service level standards.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing with a professional and fluent tone.
• Arabic language
• Tagalog speakers
• English Fluent Speakers
• Previous experience in customer service, chat support or call center roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
• Professional attitude, patience and a customer first mindset.
