Discovery Dunes Golf Club is seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated Personal Trainer to join our Wellness team. About the Role

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering personalized fitness coaching, conducting fitness assessments, and designing effective training programs tailored to each member's goals and abilities. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming, motivating, and results-driven environment while promoting a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
• Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and goal-setting sessions.
• Design individualized exercise programs tailored to member needs and objectives.
• Motivate, educate, and support members throughout their fitness journey.
• Ensure safe and effective exercise techniques and training practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment.
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with Wellness, Golf, and Member Services/Experience teams to enhance the overall member experience.
• Support wellness events, fitness challenges, workshops, and club activations.
• Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices.
• What Skills &

Qualifications Are Required

• Recognized Personal Training certification (Level 3 or equivalent).CPR and First Aid certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer within a luxury fitness facility, private club, resort, or wellness environment.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong member relationships.
• Ability to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Long hours may be required due to business demands.
