Responsibilities

• Masterfully manage a complex, frequently shifting diary spanning multiple time zones and competing business priorities.
• Serve as the primary, professional liaison, expertly filtering and directing communication between the executive and crucial internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and refine high-quality executive materials, including detailed reports, comprehensive presentations, and essential meeting packs.
• Oversee all local and international travel arrangements, meticulously coordinating complex itineraries and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle all correspondence and communications with the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proactively track critical actions, follow up rigorously, and ensure all commitments are delivered punctually.
• Manage highly sensitive personal and private matters with unwavering discretion and sound judgment.
• Anticipate the executive's future needs, identify potential roadblocks before they occur, and independently implement effective resolutions wherever possible.

Requirements

• Experience
• Minimum 8–10+ years supporting a senior executive, Business Owner, or MD equivalent.
