Durban, South AfricaSUMMARY:We are currently looking for an Administration Supervisor who will oversee administrative operations, support warehouse and sales teams, and ensure that company records, inventory documentation, and office processes run efficiently.POSITION INFO:Minimum Requirement: Strong administrative and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory systems. Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. Leadership and team supervision skills. Good communication and customer service abilities. Problem-solving and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff and office operations.
• Manage filing systems, customer records, and company documentation.
• Coordinate inventory records for batteries, parts, and accessories.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and stock reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
• Monitor stock movements and assist with inventory audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics, and warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle scheduling, staff attendance records, and leave administration.
• Support management with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
