Durban, South AfricaSUMMARY:Our client, a well-established commercial property development group based in Ballito, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Administrator to support their Director and Executive Quantity Surveyor.POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive PA support to the Director and team of Quantity Surveyors & Architects (diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, etc.) Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including document preparation, meeting minutes, rigorous filing, correspondence, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers and team members on behalf of the Director Assist with project tracking and ensure deadlines are monitored and met Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Help streamline office processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

A person who is looking for architectural experience in the working world.

Proven experience in a PA or in a administrative role, ideally within a similar industry Exceptionally organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven A person with thick skin and is able to focus on the work over the office politics A good sense of humour and a positive attitude are highly valued Should you not receive a response within the next 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
